Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chef Coreen Peralta draws inspiration from her community, her heritage, and the many places she has traveled. Driven by bringing people together, her passion for food has  culminated in 30 years of experience as a self-taught private chef. It’s not just about what’s on the plate, but also about the connection that happens when you share what you love. When a dish is made from your heart and soul it comes through in
the food.

Chef Coreen’s curated menus are ideal for private parties and events. As a food stylist and owner of Board Beautiful, creating picture-perfect food has won over celebrity clients such as Catherine Zeta-Jones, Leonardo DiCaprio, and the Kardashians. Some of her specialties include paella, small bites, and charcuterie and crudite boards. 

With fine ingredients always at the forefront, Chef Coreen is the sole distributor of Verus Olive Oil in the United States. Originating in Barcelona, its well-balanced flavor is slightly fruity with a mild spicy and sour aftertaste.  Food is not just sustenance— it’s what binds us together.
